About the Burns Club
Introduction
Bolton Burns Club comprises a small group of people who share a common interest in Scottish culture and dancing. Many of our members are not Scottish, but all enjoy the fun and friendship experienced each week. A typical Tuesday night would be spent learning new dances (getting them wrong) and dancing some old favourites. The club is about much more than dancing however, we have social events such as barbeques, quizzes, a St Andrews' night dance, and of course an annual Burns' Dinner, to name a few. Those interested in joining the Burns Club are more than welcome to attend.
Meetings
The club meets on Tuesdays at 7.45pm in the function room, Bolton Cricket Club, Bishops Road, Bolton. You can find directions here. There will be no meeting on 27.12.11.
